Saturn 4 is refurbished with the introduction of the DVB-S2 technology allowing to watch Full HD+4K channels and receive/maintain perfect quality signal. Eight satellites are already precharged on the control unit: Hotbird 13°E, Astra 1 19,2°E, Astra 2 28,2°E, Astra 3 23,5° E, Eurobird 9°E, Sirius 4,8°E, Thor 1°W and Hispasat 30°W, and others on request. The new 470-mm HPD (High Performance Dish) parabolic dish combines with the innovative MK2+ hardware and software for better signal reception in total silence. Saturn 4 is fitted with a multi coaxial rotating joint (MCRJ), a multi-switch box for the connection of more independent decoders (up to a maximum quantity of 16 for each antenna) and a new control unit for fast and easy updating of the software.
